Just curious, what does that have to do with LED's?
We all know that Mh & VHO will make things grow.
But they also add heat, evaporation and high utility bills.

So the question is.....
"How many LED's will I need"

Remember not all LEDs are equal too.

+1

Here is a Cree XR-E setup to duplicate the PAR and colour of a 400 watt Radium. Ive seen great growth with these just gotta becareful not to burn the corals when switching from T5s especially when using optics.

Alot of inexpensive fixtures generate a bit of heat which will shorten the LEDs life. If you go with a pre-built fixture check the spectrum against Sanjays MH bulb tests and if its cooled with a properly sized heat sink.
