Sometimes i get a heart attack thinking my lobo is dying but then it gets puffier. I believe my hermit harass it. Its on a ceramic plate. How do i avoid that? Or is that nature

In my experience, healthy Lobos should be puffy almost all the time. If they shrink once in a while, its fine. But if its happening daily or very regularly, I would try to move it or remove whatever is bothering it so that it is not constantly getting irritated. Just my 2 cents :)
