How to set an email alarm for FeedA Cycle

I have my Apex Jr (older black one) connected to Alexa for several things including feeding. Anyone in the family would have the ability to have Alexa ‘tell Alex fusion to use Feed cycle A’ and it will feed. I would like to be notified whenever a feed cycle is started. I tried this in the email alarm settings…and does not seem to work. Any ideas?
