I have some new corals coming, mostly softies. My question, can I dip first in hydrogen Peroxide, rinse, and then do the Bayer dip procedure, one right after the other.I'm wondering if that would be too much stress on the newly arrive corals. No,I don't have a quarantine tank.My bad. Corals are mushrooms, cloves, zoanthids, and one sps.

That sure seems like allot of stress for a new coral. especially if its being shipped. Even then its not 100%. Neither one will kill eggs. Allot of this to me depends on what is already in the tank. If its a new tank I may be more likely to just let it roll. I would remove any plugs or rock. Scrape the rest of the rock then super glue over it. Nothing is ever 100%. My last QT coral batch went over 90 days, once I removed them I found astrea stars in the qt tank.
