Kalk Reactor fed with SW?

Can I feed a Kalkwasser reactor with saltwater straight from the sump, or does it have to be fresh water? Thanks.

No, because the calcium will not properly dissolve.

Typically you hook it to your top off line and fee it with RO/DI water
