I picked up some live rock the other day from a guy its probably about ten pounds worth, I want to add it to my display tank but the guy who had it kept it in a tank that he treated regularly with copper my question is would there still be copper in or on the rock and if so how can I get rid of it so i can add it to the display?

Yes. Its probably still in the rock. Not reef safe. Fowler only.
