most likely on the wall. Or maybe on top of the tank. I have a 36 Inch t5 hybrid with two x15

Conduit bent to 90 is an option. I have 2xr30s and 4xr15s mounted on rms attached to 2 conduits. It let's me slide the lights out of the way during maintenance.
