Any idea?? It is very flat kind of growing like a sea fan.

that looks similar to dictyota to me.

I would agree the shape looks more like this, but I have not seen any of Dictyota that is all red. I did try adding dragons breath around 1.5-2 years ago and it got devoured by the emerald crab.

That is what it looks like to me. I wish I could grow it in my tank but my naso tang and my foxface devour it.
I added some around 1.5-2 years ago and the emerald crab made short work of it! I wonder if some of the cells made it and are regrowing. Something about the very patterned shape makes me think it could not be dragons breath.

Possibly flat branch Gracilaria?
The stems don't look quite the same to me, though.
