I am helping out a local children's science center who recently put a set of the new Gyre XF330 with with cloud controller on their reef tank. The gyres worked great for about 10 days then the controller reported a jam.

I have:
  • taken the gyres apart and scrubbed them
  • made sure there is no jam
  • reassembled
  • swapped the cable inputs
  • tried only plugging in one at a time
  • reset the controller
But it still keeps coming back saying there is a jam.

Has anyone else had this issue? How did you get it to go away?

Sorry to hear that this has been an issue. This error could be caused by a lower amount of voltage going into the pump so it's not able to spin the motor. I'd recommend making sure the power supply didn't get swapped with another by mistake.

If the right power supply is being used, then please contact our support team and we can work on isolating this to either the power supply or controller.

I had reached out on Saturday and hadn't gotten a reply, I reached out again today and after some verification of troubleshooting a new controller is on the way.
