Midas blenny died during QT

Had a Midas blenny that died during QT today. Only had him for 5 days and the first 3 days were just observation. Started to treat with General cure two days ago and feeding medicated food. No copper or any other medication yet. First 2 days he ate fine but after he only started picking. He was hiding under the sponge filter past couple days and just found him dead. Saw no signs of disease and 3 other fish in there are all doing well. I had a bicolor blenny in there with him. Is it possible he bullied him to death? I have the tank loaded with pvc fittings and pipe. They both had their own sponge filters that they were hiding behind and never saw them ever near each other. Maybe this blenny just wasn’t meant to be?
