Until I see signs**

Also. I plan to get more fish within the next couple weeks. Should I set up another QT for new fish. OR. Add them to the already set up QT with my other fish and treat all at once.

If you add them to your existing QT, the clock begins anew for _all_ of the fish. Additionally, any issues with water quality will become that much more difficult to control - and that much more important to control.

I understand it'll be harder to control existing QT, but IMO its easier than setting up, buying new filters, heater, ammonia badge, the list goes on and then managing those 2 tanks.

Another thought is that you could be combining a group of fish coming from a source with ich with a group coming from a source with Brook. I tend to treat for just about anything I can, but it's something to keep in mind - you'd have combined the two groups, and all fish would be subjected to both diseases.
