Hello, so my friend noticed her janitor fish start acting weird and some white spots, so, she isolated him in a separate tank and gave it an anti-ich medication. Once she saw it looking better with less white spots, she put it back into the main tank. Though, it later died around a week later after a brief moment where it seemed normal, but then the day before it died it looked weaker than usual. The video below is of the janitor fish after she reintroduced it into the tank. After it died, she had taken out the other fish, did a thorough cleaning/water change, and along with the fish 3 drops of anti-ich according to the size of her aquarium (300mmx200mmx370mm or what I think is equivalent to 10 gallons). Any opinions on what she should do and if the fish really did die from ich like what I'm thinking?

This is a Plecostomus and actually an algae eater and does show ich. Safest treatment will be adding One teaspoon of aquarium or canning salt per 10 gallons and treating with API super ich cure or kordon rid ich
