Neptune ATK both optical sensors closed?

Hey so i just got my atk and the optical sensors on the apex app just show closed the wont go to open even if i move it out of the water.

How long did you leave them out of the water? The Fusion dashboard has between 30 - 60 seconds of delay before showing the current status of switches.

Read my ATK tutorial and follow the troubleshooting instructions I listed to test your optical sensors and the FMM:
