Tank recently cycled, turned the lights on, and added some guests. Bill (Goby) and Frank (Pistol). Also have 5 snails and 3 hermits.
I've noticed hairs on some of the aquascape, and I'm assuming it's the beginning of hair algae. Should I be concerned at this point? Or should I be doing something about it?

Nice Goby/Shrimp pair!
Algae's gonna happen. Nothing you can do about. In fact, it's a sign of increasing life in the tank. Best thing to do is not panic! Let nature take it's sweet time. Practice good husbandry, research all you can. A good clean up crew, good water change schedule, manual removal when necessary, all will help. But it's gonna go thru an ugly stage. Three months, six months, a year, its got to mature at it's own pace. You're building a piece of the Ocean, and that took Billions of years to get to where it is now

Don't rush, like they say, nothing good happens fast.

should not be concerned, actually should be grateful, now the snails and hermits have something to eat, and may not starve to death.

Those could be dinos. In any case, they are going to happen.

With the shrimp (too cute), watch your no3 levels as your tank continues to mature and cycle. The cycle is not done and it is a cyclical thing ever changing and adapting to the needs of the tank until you shut it down. Also, do not use any chemicals since the shrimp can be sensitive.

You have probably heard a million times that no2 (nitrite) does not matter in a new tank. While this is true for fish, it is not true for inverts. You are likely OK here, but if you nh4 spikes a bit after an addition so can the no2, so be extra careful for a while.
