Older icecap 2k gyres with Wi-Fi. Are they any good. How would you run them on a 75 gallon

Thinking of purchasing the older icecap (2 gyres) 2k gyres with 1 Wi-Fi controller.
1. Are they any good.
2. Would they provide good flow in a 75 gallon tank.
3. What modes would you run them on.

I picked up some used ones not to long ago. They are pretty nice. I actually set them up on an empty 75 after I cleaned them up. I dont remember the "best" flow that I liked but alternating antisync I think. Plenty of flow for a 75 probably to strong on full depending on corals.
