ORA Hammer splitting or dying?

I think I'm losing my ORA Hammer. I've had this hammer for about 5 months now. My two others are doing well and I've had them for about a year now. (Not ORA hammers) Anyway, can it be splitting and not dying? Any help?

It looks like you developing another head on your frag.
Sometimes that goes together with one part looking deflated but it will recover.
