Picked these up from the LFS a long time ago, but never had a name for them. Randomly saw one photo of a very similar-looking variety called "Jack Frost," but I can't even find that link anymore. Have any of you heard of these, or do you have an idea what they might be? Pics from under two types of lighting. Thanks!

We call them Texas Trash Palys here... weeds and highly toxic at that. We've had instances of entire loss of livestock when someone fragged them in the tank or scrubbed them off a rock. I'd be careful with them.

Bumping an old post... I'm having an internal debate about some polyps with myself. I don't think they're texas trash, but they grow crazy fast and have somewhat similar patterning. Texas trash are brown and green, these are electric green and blue. What do you think? They look blue or green depending on the lighting.

Ugly Palys is what they're called around here. Some call them Texas Trash also. Invasive species and their toxin can make you sick (speaking from personal experience) and if in enough concentration, can be deadly.

Well dang it. Looks like I've got some slow colony killing to do. :(
