Been looking for par information for an XR15 Pro for a while. Got the PAR meter from the Reef Club and got it myself. The following table is from a JBJ Nano 28 gallon, 18" T X 22"W X 32" D. The light is mounted on the RMS (9" above water) with the 80 degree lens and set at 70%. All readings were taken from about the middle of the tank below the light. Also locations E,F,G, and H are the corners of the tank at sand level. Hopefully you can read my handwriting.

Great job, that's just 70%. You should be able to grow anything in that tank without issue.

I hope so, I'm completely new to SPS and Acros... I have a super stable tank, hoping the lights will make em grow like weeds.

I know the LFS has a prime set up on one of their display tanks, I'll see if they'll let me check the levels...

Thats great and very nice of you to do. I believe you could help several people make up their minds and also see what they are dealing with for best coral placement. I do not believe anyone has attempted this, but there has been many request. Thank you for all your efforts. I look forward to your findings. Maybe reach out to an admin to make this post a sticky for those interested.

So the AI Prime is no the equivalent product to the XR15, the AI Hydra is. That being said, the LFS doesn't stock them. I started to burn some tips of my coral so I went back to the 120 lens and took the following readings. I realize that I neglected to read the 18k with the 80 lens before I removed it, sorry. However, you can see the lenses on the XR15 make a LARGE difference in PAR.
