Please Help me set up a static ip on Fios with my Apex!

Hey guys figured I'd ask you for some help since I'm completely lost myself. I'm trying to set up a static ip address with Verizon Fios and can't seem to get it to work. The tutorial I followed on RC is a bit outdated and forced me to guess in some instances, probably messing up everything.

Here's some screen shots, I'd be happy to provide any info needed to diagnose the issue, just ask!

I've set it up with DynDNS and can't seem to find any issues.. Anyone have any suggestions?

You may have to pay extra for a static IP address.
