I'm not sure why it takes so long for them to decide to open but I think mine was a month or two before ALL of them opened but it's really nice because they respond to light and food quicker than regular Zoas.

My LFS has some bright neon green ones but he won't break the colony into frags and I'm not about to pay $100 for full rock of them that won't fit into my aquarium!

Ive had mine for over a years and theyve grown 4 more additional polyps....

Nope...they get fed dif coral foods a cple times a week broadcast to whole tank and thats it...mine arent as nice as those st patricks in the first post...lol

I saw some at a store yesterday and it got me curious. They are definitely unique.
