procedure for 2nd round of fish in quarantine tank

My first batch of fish are about to go from QT to DT. for the last week I'll run carbon through the QT to remove the copper and prob the day before i actually move t he fish I'll also do a 50% watch change. Before I add my 2nd batch of fish into the QT do I need to sanitize the QT or can I just add them after I move the first batch of fish out?

Always always always disinfect your qt tank when possible. 1/2 cup bleach to gallon of water for cleaning. Rinse thoroughly.

I would allow it to dry completely then rinse again before setting up for another round of fish.
