Red and white caterpillar worm id

I got 20 pounds of live rock that came with a ton of cool mushrooms and I put it in my qt this morning when it was still dark I saw this caterpillar looking creature that is red with white spots and horns I've looked for hours what it could be but I haven't matched a picture yet can you help identify it Snapchat-1056151254.jpg

It's a sea cucumber. They are good detrivores, but can nuke a small tank if they die.
Thank you very much I've never seen one before I have a 180 gallon do you believe it is worth the risk if it dies to keep it

I'm pretty sure that is the tiger tail sea cucumber, it is commercially available and if you don't want it I would sell it because a lot of people buy those to sift their sand
After looking it up that is exactly what it looks like thank you so much

In this size tank, it should not be an issue in my opinion.
