So or this salt mix, if 1/2 cup will equal 1.025, and not to mix for more than 2 hours, what about temp wise? Should I mix it at the 75 degrees, and then have it go into my tank and have it warm up to 77-78 there, or mix it at 75 degrees, then when it's done mixing, heat it up to my tank temp and then move it to my tank?
Your salinity is probably off.I do 1/2 cup per gallon and keeps coming out too high 37.5 ppt instead of 35 ppt for the 2nd time.
