My coolest run with temps.. finally coming off summer and working into autumn[emoji262]

Over the last few months my system was frequently sitting on 30-32 degrees.

I've had my nutrients ramped up over the last 6 months dosing with a new trace elements Support System. This gave me brilliant colour and stability at such high temps with no issues.

My parameters are as follows:

No3 2-5ppm
Po4 0.02-0.06ppm

Geez. I freak out when my temp hits 26*C. I can't imagine 30 or 32.
You have an amazing system & I'm glad you wrote about your trials, tribulations & triumphs, as it gives encouragement to other reefers to persevere. I really like your separate outlet cabinet & dosing organization. Your time lapse pics were a treat. Good growth--how long was the time lapse? Also, do you still have all your original fish, added any new ones or got rid of any?

Thanks! Yes I have had my share of bad luck that's for sure lol. My system is roughly 1-1.5 years now. Still fairly young but well underway to becoming a beautiful mature system!

Have most of the original fish yes and more! Will do a full tank update in the coming month!

Been fortunate enough to have access to the best frags in AU, been slowly moving on many of my older colonies to make room for some what "quality" not necessarily quantity as some would say.

Hopefully over the next 6 months I can show some extreme growth with new SPS specimens from all Around AU utilising Reef Anabolics Advanced Trace Elements Support System.

Getting excited to log time laps photos with data logs, dosing consumptions, temps and specific experiments with RA's new AminoPRO and vitamins. [emoji1434][emoji16]

Best part about this is the sneaky nano that will also start its new thread with all data logs!

Pulled out the budget DSLR camera, standard nikon lens.

Polyp extension and colour my corals are presenting has made want to throw a macro lens onto the wish list. Healthy zooxanthellae veins has got me keen for future macro shots!

I noticed your clowns hanging around the Gonipora, are the clowns residing in the Gonio?
If so have you noticed decreased polyp extension?
Fabulous images BTW. :)

I get this question a lot regarding my Gonipora garden and the clowns. Yep they sure have made a lovely home on the backside of the biggest green Gonipora, the oldest in my system. They have been laying eggs on the backside of the Goni for the last year.

Poly extension increased after adding the Reef Anabolics Trace Elements Support System. I'm noticing brilliant colour change in the Goni and the tips after introducing the new amino and vitamin range over the last few months.

Was warned Gonipora would slowly die back with clowns hosting. They have hosted the garden for nearly two years now and my garden is forever growing[emoji16]

Yeah I have a nice little Goni garden and my clowns reside in all three pieces I have, I keep expecting the Goni to up and die, but nope so I have to think it was your typical internet hobby myth. To me it appears if you have a clown residing in a Goniopora and the coral dies it was not the presence of the clown that killed the coral.
