Good to be back among friends.

that'd be nice to have..Around 140 x 140 x 100mm if I remember correctly. So about 6x6x4 inches. Could always resize it.
Most of those torches are from Shane's two sales so far this year. I'll go through and take some single pictures some time before the sale. Do you have a picture of your white strange and no name? My no name is on the left side rack, close row, right side.Let’s see some pics. So far I have a 24k, white strange, and no name (looks like my white strange) all from SBB
Very nice. I’ll have to snap some once the lights come on. These I had on my phone. First pic is white strange. Second is white strange (left) and no name (right)Do you have a picture of your white strange and no name?
If I'm really bored and punchy, I'll do side by sides of Shane's pictures and in my tank.
Great advice. Thanks! Notes taken and will be working on planning that out this week. I’m hoping my LFS can hold all the fish for me until I get it set back up. Going to speak with them about that on Tuesday when the owner is there.Since you have a week to plan I would suggest:
Clear the space where the tank will be going and check for level. The stand will be different but at least you will know what to expect. Plan your entry and path with the larger tank. You don't know what their place looks like but you can save frustration at yours.
Make up enough fresh saltwater to fill the new tank (if possible) or as much as you can keep on hand. Even if planning to use the current tank water you are going to lose some. I would not reuse the water you transfer the rock in as the moving process will loosen up old detritus and other nasties. Better to have and not need.
Sort out where you will draw power from and how you will distribute all the plugs. You said it comes with all the equipment. Get details and a plug count and then double it.
Line up reliable people to help you and plan for a long day. This will take you longer than you might anticipate.
Throw existing sand away. It doesn't hold as much bacteria and will be dirty anyway. If you are intent on reusing this sand use the old tank water to rinse it before adding back.
Have plenty of towels at the ready. Then get more.
Fish can be bagged and put in a cooler inside the truck. This will help with temperature. Even if the fish are last to be removed they will still be bagged up for many hours. Use larger bags. Where are these fish going when they get to your house? If you have a holding/QT tank I suggest sending someone back with the fish while you finish breaking down and packing up the rest.
Have extra plumbing parts on hand and bring tools with you to cut plumbing if needed. Ask for pictures of the current plumbing to see how difficult it will be to break down and if it can be reused. Take pictures yourself before braking it down so you can put it back together when you get home.
Try to remember that this is a hobby and should be enjoyable. This task won't be but the ends will justify the means.
Good luck and congratulations.
My new one is still getting there..its in a bit lower par@billyocean what’s your Dragon Coaster coloring out like. I’ve got two. One coloring and a nub I got last year that’s all green. Thinking the nub is just not big enough yet.
Is that reef equivalent of tying a tin can to a cat's tail?I wonder what would happen if you glued some zoas to a live snails shell. I dunno why that just crossed my mind..lol
It would look kind of cool if they grew out and got used to traveling around. I'm sure you would end up with zoas all over the tank and it would probably kill the snail eventually.....but sacrifices must be made for science. Is that reef equivalent of tying a tin can to a cat's tail?
Snail trying to outrun those zoas the rest of it's life?
Now you have me looking at one of my turbo snails and a small zoa polyp frag…It would look kind of cool if they grew out and got used to traveling around.
