A few more pictures after waiting around for some better shots, seems to have a huge bulge in the middle of the body as well.

Sorry - I’m on vacation and my access is really spotty -

The trouble here is, the microscope shots were not clear in telling me if the issue is protozoan, bacterial or both combined.

All I can say is since you are seeing benefit from the Rally Pro, you should continue that at least two more times.
