The framing is coming along nicely. The perspective is from the back right corner of the room. You are looking at the wall where the tank will be.

Alright, let's see if we could get the construction guys off their coffee break and back to work. It's been almost 2 years now since you started teasing us with this. I am anxious to see this bad boy up and running. :D

Nice to see some progress.

So did you decide to go geothermal? If so did you plumb it before the foundation was poured?

Can't wait to see the equipment you end up choosing.

Following along... Tank and house being built at the same time. Best way to plan. I have a friend who built his house around his tank during the construction phase. Should look fantastic once it's all completed.

Lol steelerfan. I wish the process would go quicker. Well the room is framed. After going back and forth about fiberglass (seamless leak insurance) and glass (better esthetics), I've opted NOT to pay 20k and go with glass. I can put the extra cash into the aquarium. It's only a construction photo, but it's progress! .

On another note, I purchased a Peristaltic pump that runs 100 gallons a day. I hooked it up to my current 400 gallon tank to evaluate its performance. I've got it hooked up on my profilux to do daily 5 gallon water changes daily. Super easy!
