Settings for mixed reef on 15 cube?

I have an AIO fusion 15 which is 15 x 12 (front to back) x 15 deep. I have a mixe of softies, LPS and a birdsnest and monti Digi.

What setting, hours per day, etc. etc would you use on. a V3 Pro?
