WOW! you need to hire a good landscaping company for that thing!

Ha, wonder if the crew that does my townhouse complex's lawns would be up for it. ;)

Death to the abominations!!!

Lol j/k.

Tell me about it -- but the girlfriend works from home, and the tank is in the office, so....

I think it is beautiful! Too bad it takes over like that. Looks cool though.

It has started to grow on me (( grow on me, get it. )) a bit.

Sorry....... This made me laugh. Such an extreme take over

It was sort of under control before my last back surgery, but I was laid up for a while and it just took over.

Ooooh, pretty :) haha

Thanks.

that is just downright hilarious to me. its to the point of being just ridiculous haha! i'll take a frag, and she shall remain in a very remote location.

Mine was remote too. :)

I used to keep my Xenia on the glass on the far corner of ky tank. Kept it easy to propagate and looked nice flowing. I dragged pieces every other week!

I have to clean the overflow "teeth" with each water change, at least it comes off easy.

WOW!!! That is a close relative to a FOREST!!! Well, now all you have to do is sell for $1/polyp and you will be SET....LOL..... At least you know you can grow stuff....hahahaha

The one thing that I wish I couldn't grow.

Looks awesome, probably nice low maintenance too. I love seeing aquariums that actually look like a piece of nature.

Thanks. It is my easiest tank to care for, just water changes -- no dosing.

I think it at least looks cool, and you got a couple bucks worth of frags there. Is that the pulsing kind? If not do you have the name of the type?

Yeah, it is the pulsing kind -- need to take a video of it.

I pull Xenia out like its part of nutrient export. It grows faster than the cheato i have in my fuge. If no one tells me they want any, I just flush them now.Whenever hey get on other corals or if I can't pull all of it off the rock, I'll treat the trouble areas with peroxide or do a 50/50 peroxide dip.

This is the only tank that I can't grow cheato in -- my others it grows crazy, but not this one.

looks awesome, wish there were more species tanks out there, he needs to pull out the other corals now.

It is over growing the other corals in there, so they will be gone in time. The S. haddoni will have to stay however.

I heared from somewhere that a Pyramid Butterfly will eat xenia. It may also eat other items so I would be careful but your case looks like you may want to take a chance.

put a chocolate chip sea star in there he will clean it up in no time. If your worried abou him getting into other stuff just put him in when you can watch him and throw him in your sump when you cant make sure he wont eat your other corals. ;)

That is pretty amazing!!! I would be concerned about keeping the Xenia alive that's in there. I mean, you don't want a large amount to suddenly die off and muck up the water with a lot of dead matter in there.

Keep them healthy while you are killing it off if that makes sense.

My BTA used to fight it off pretty well, you could see it shrivel up where the nem stung it.
