Sump design/usage plan

Hi,
I just got my sump and planning the compartments.
Do you think this is good design? Im not sure I should switch pump with refugium.

I would place your refugium in the 3rd chamber; return pump in the last.

I was also thinking about it but as you can see the las partition has cutout all the way on top. The whole sum would need to be full of water in order to flow over to the last one. I think the last compartment has to flew back to the 3rd one. I could always make some more holes

The weir is lower in the last chamber.
