I’m about to dive into my 1st lager tank and wit the money I’m working with and the space I have can only accommodate 48” width.. I’m having a hard time picking a tank. I don’t want a tank in a box setup… I was thinking of going with a Fiji 108 gallon . But what’s better the internal or external option??

internal or external is preference. what would you prefer; not having the tank flush to the wall, or having a marginally smaller footprint inside the tank?

Because of the trim on the wall and the way floor sits I have to have it about 3” away anyways.. i’m wondering about functionality if the internal or external works better and the pros and cons of each… Also what kind of feedback do people think about the fiji cube tanks… along with 12mm glass or 15mm glass? cause SC tanks also has a nice tank in my price rang I only was going more towards the Fiji cube because of the 15 mm glass…
