Tear in cynarina

This happened out of nowhere. 10 minutes ago it looked fine and now it has a hole. Please help!

It's tough to tell with the blue light, but it appears to have been poke through by its own skeleton. This can happen when hermits climb on them or snails fall on them, but 99% of the time they recover just fine. I would do a precautionary iodine dip just in case though, as Cynarina are highly susceptible to infection.
