Tips/Tricks to get fish to eat in QT

The powder brown is in qt with 2 baby lightning maroons.

The powder brown came from a store where the whole system is known to have at a minimum ich.

The powder brown was in the system for about 2 hours until I took him home.
The lightning maroons came directly from ORA.

I placed the powder brown into copper they day he came home then pulled it 3 days later because he was not eating. He went thru 2 doses of prazi one on 4/3 and second dose on 4/9.

Should I observe only for the remaining 4 + weeks or should I treat with copper prophylactically after I fatten him up?

I would treat with copper (or CP). 3 days wasn't long enough to eradicate ich.

Would you recommend a full 4 week cycle? And since the clowns are in with him too I would imagine they all get copper.

Also I have cupramine and copper safe on hand no CP. Do you have a preference for either one?

Personally, I would treat with Coppersafe for 30 days if CP was not an option.

Bad news the powder brown broke with ich tonight. I dosed copper tonight but have cp on order. Hopefully it gets here quick and I can do a 100% water change and dose cp.

The plus side is the powder brown was eating good for a few days. I was able to fatten him up a bit but not as much as I would have liked.
