seems really expensive for a 150w light...does it come with a fan?

over a 24g i would only be concerned about heat issues...although i guess you could just aim a clip on fan at the tank.

other than that, looks ok. i dont have much experience with DE's or complete canopy lighting systems, i prefer to go the SE route and by retro kits and make my own canopies to save a little bit of $$ :)

hehe i'm sorta bad with DIY projects... the sunpod 150w without the actinics cost 50 bucks less, and i think it's a pretty fair price :D ..it does say humidity resistant fan included...i'm guessing that's the same thing that cools the light temp down?

from what i hear among other ap users, 150w isn't much of a heat issue...only when some tried going 250w, they needed a chiller
