Hi everyone

So I'm QT 3 fishes atm with general cure and ammonia gets higher to 0.3
I have not seeded sponge filter and 4 marine pure bioballs, I took them from main tank (3 weeks old balls) and was seeding them with microbacter 7 for 4-5 days in QT.
But this not helped much and ammonia rising slowly.
How many water can I change after first dose (48hours) of GC to lower ammonia?

Thanks everyone

48 hours after GC has been dosed, all of the praziquantel in it has broken done. I can't tell you for certain about the metronidazole, but I suspect it will have also. Therefore, there is no residual medication - you should change the water to manage the ammonia and then redose as directed on the package.
