So finally we have tank running with water. The cycle is being done with DR Tim’s one and only as well as ammonium chloride. Should be complete within 2 weeks.

A few more pics of tank. The scape is very deceiving. When you look at it front the front it looks very minimilustic and looks like there isn’t a lot of space. Specifically with the arch if you look at it from the side you will see the arches were doubled and will house corals almost the full 24” of the depth.

Nice!! What are you cycling with?
I’m using the same products as you are. So far, I overdosed the ammonium chloride lol. I followed then instructions and went 4 drops per gallon, I should have used 3 per instead. Or watched the video by Dr. Tim’s in YouTube first lol. I ended with 4ppm

@eatsleepreef it looked like you had some nice designs of 3D printed parts in your last video.

This is a cool thread where a number of different designs have been put in one place.

Awesome build thread! I’m planning to upgrade my 120 gallon to the water box 180 as well. Some inspiration and amazing ideas in your thread.
I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind posting your list of all the parts you used for your 80/20 light mount? And who did you get to cut the aluminum? I’m going to try and replicate it.
Thanks

Hello guys sorry I have been gone. Had a newborn so really had my hands full. I will continue to bring you guys up to where we are now. The YouTube videos have been pretty much keeping up with where I am at now.

That current USA background light makes it look so nice.

Got a Tankmatez fish trap sent to review for everyone. I had seen these in the past and they look to be very functional. The question is how they will actually do in real life. A friend of mine may want to trade his foxface for mine so I figured what better time

Where did you get that center bar across for the lights? Thank looks beautiful, going to use your tank as a parts punch list.
