Weird poop

Oh no...I just saw my clown has a weird poop hanging off her. Is this definitely indicative of a parasite? Could it be anything else? [emoji15]

It's not white right? In the picture it doesn't look white to me. If not, then I'd suspect it's just a normal poop.
