EDIT. Refreshed the page and now they're showing
Nem doesn't look good. I wouldn't be surprised if the cleaner shrimp is harassing it. I stopped keeping those shrimps because they will brutally dig into the inside of small nems and lps to get food. I used to have to place bottles over my lps when I fed to keep the thieving buggers from tearing the food out of the coral.

I've always had shrimp along with my nems and it's never been cause for concern. To me this looks like an environmental issue. Whether parameters, age of tank, or not using RoDi. Answer is in the details.
