I found these in my fallow reed tank Amy idea what these are? They are moving a squirmy

Could be a Syllid Worm or Digitate Hydroids

If you plucked out the ball of green algae, you'll probably get rid of a lot of them. I think they're worms, as I can make out several bristles, I believe. I wouldn't do anything about them personally. Their interest is whatever is living/accumulating around or on that slimy matt-like green algae. They love hanging out around that stuff.
