Saw this at the LFS. Sorry for the bad pic, but I only had my cell phone. It looks reddish pink. :)

What are they lighting their tanks with? If the price is right, get it! Neon green mouth?

That's a nice looking yuma. Even better at that price.

Just take care to acclimate it to your tank and keep in mind that most wild yumas don't have very good survival rate in our tanks. This is both from personal experience and talking with many others. If it's captive raised, then it's almost a sure bet it will do well. Of all the brightly color yumas I've tried keeping, I've lost probably 4 out of 5. For some reason, the green ones do much better. They usually bleach out and shrivel up within 2-3 months.

Others have had success keeping them alive initiall by shading them from direct light for several months. Then slowly move them out in the open. I think the biggest problem is probably too much light and that they come from cooler water than what they are getting in our tanks. Good luck.

I had it first in PC lighting, then when I upgraded to MH, I left if under a cave for 3-4 months... then slowly brought it out... today, it is in the middle of the tank in direct lighting... it is happy pretty much where I put it... and finally I see three new babies... man, after more than a year!

good luck with it buddy... :)

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
