Hi all, noticed I have a hitchhiking coral on the back side of my live rock so was hard to see from the front. This is the best shot I could get. Any idea what it is?

If it keeps elongating, could be a tongue coral (a relative of a fungia.)

When I put my orange glasses on, it looks like this

So far it is round looking with a center mouth maybe? Green stripes with a orange halo around the outside which is more pronounced more when looking through the glasses

I would agree. Likely a fungia. I’ve seen it a few times be for. My understanding is babies start in rocks and then pop off as they get older.

This is live rock from Australia. But it has been in my tank for a year now. This just showed up about 2 months ago lol.
Wish I was that lucky lol, I've gotten a zoa on my aussie galaxea rock and a spaghetti worm on my zoas, but this is amazing. Enjoy your free fungia!
