Hello,

I just added my first corals to my new tank (de-constructed my wives tank and moving over the corals into my new tank) before I moved them over I dipped the corals in peroxide for 2 mins. Most of these corals are Acans and now the Acans are covered in some white mucus that hasn't came off its been about a full day now. I tried a turkey baster which helped a little but it seems to just have come back. Here is a picture any help is appreciated!

Note: These corals weren't in the best shape before moving them over they were quite heavily covered in ditritus but they definitely had color + some fluffiness that Acans have.

Nitrate: 20ppm
Phosphate: 0.25 (working on getting this lower)

Don't speak so soon, the "white mucus" they're talking about is probably necrotic tissue
True... I guess I should have said "you'll be lucky if you haven't killed them..."
