I have about 13oz of white wine vinegar that is past the sell by date by a month. I was about to toss it in the trash. Then thought maybe could I use this to clean my Jabeo SW-4 powerheads. How do I go about doing this. Should I do a 1 part vinegar/2 part water, straight vinegar soak, etc..
If it is a soak. How long should I leave it in a container?
After the soak how long should I run the powerheads in a bucket of straight water to rid it of any unwanted.
If this is at all a bad idea. Please say so. It is going in the trash if it is. So no harm at all in saying so. Thanks!

+1, I put the power head in straight white distilled vinegar in a jar and plug it in. Let it clean itself for the most part. After about 30 minutes if anything is still on it a tooth brush will take care of it.
