Would a 1:10 bleach solution be effective in sterilizing equipment against dinos?

I'm tearing down my old system that was overrun and would like to reuse a lot of equipment. Would a 1:10 bleach soak eradicate all dinoflagellates without damaging anything? I plan on soaking an optical ATO, thermal probe, and skimmer (while running fully submerged) for 10 minutes. Dino eradication is a must, but I'd also not want to damage the equipment.

I prefer to use something like EzeClean and just run everything through a few soak/scrub/rinse/repeat cycles.
