I had this Yellow Wrasse for almost 2 months now in DT and it's agile and eats well. Today I saw white patches under moon lights on both sides of the fish and it's fins but completely not visible when I turn to white lights. I have taken pics using both these lights. Is the wrasse infected with something like parasites or flukes? Should I move it to QT? I normally use JBL punktol for ich, can this be used? Heard copper is not good for them. Please suggest

Might just be scuffing of the mucous coating when the wrasse digs into the sand to sleep.
