Yellow wrasse?

Upgraded aquarium last week

Yellow wrasse has been mia since and was finally out tonight

one side back end has big white patch

any ideas??

Could be a injury - could it have gotten injured during the upgrade?

Upgrade sounds like new display, makes me wonder if there was a slight Rockslide and he got stuck for a couple days?
