Title says it all. Does Lowe's or somewhere carry plastic bolts? Would a steel one hurt anything until I get one from Vortech?

It may be sitting in the p-trap of the sink. If you haven't run too much water and flushed it out. It is easy to remove it to check.

Check your trap, it should be stuck in there. You will see either an s or u shaped piece of pipe right under the sink. Open it up and the bolt should be in there. I used to debag my fish over the sink and had a blenny go down the sink, he was in the trap.

Hd or Lowes might have some. If not, try local hobby shops. I get them for my RC planes all the time at our local shops.

I agree with checking the trap first. But Lowes and HD both carry nylon nuts and bolts.

The nut wasn't in the trap. :squigglemouth: I went to the auto parts store and got a stainless one that fit, but when I turn it on, the entire wet side shoots away from the glass. I will go to Lowe's tomorrow. I ordered the part from Vortech, but I need my tsunami back now...lol

For information purposes in case someone else needs a temporary replacement nut for their MP40....the size is 10-32.

The reason the wet side was flying off the glass was because the auto parts store had sold me the wrong thread (10-24). I went to Ace Hardware and they gave me the correct thread in stainless steel and it is working fine until my original part gets to me.
