YWG with white lumps near eye

Hi all,
I just noticed that my YWG has a pale lump near the eye and another lump a bit behind.
It is quite aggressive toward other tankmates so first think I thought was a scratch but its better to be sure..

Looks like it may be injury that developed secondary infection. Treatment would beveither Maracyn 2 or seachem metro and focus bonded to pieces of food.
Assure water quality is good

Hard to tell how to feed her without other fish stealing the food..

I usually broadcast feed and each of them gets some bits.. its very shy never accepted food directly if I am around

Do they die if they don't manage to get the threatment? Can other fish get infected from it?
