List all parameters, the test kits used, the light, and the light's settings.

I just have a fluval 13.5 gallon with the basic light and I took a sample to my LFS and they said only my phosphates were slightly high and that it wouldn’t cause that I have my lights on a 9 hour timer

No they were super busy with people so they didn’t get to write it down on a note
There's not much to go on, does any other corals look stressed or showing signs of recession?

How long have you had that coral?

Would you happen to know what the par is down on the sand bed?

It doesn't look bleached, it might not be getting adequate light.

Oh I see I have had this tank for a year and I have loaded this thing with lots of corals and they are all doing super well but I recently bought 2 mystery corals and they were my first ever corals to give me problems and I am not sure what coral bleaching totally looks like from first hand experience

Basic light?
If you don't know the par, I'm guessing your basic light is not enough for sps, specially on the sand bed.
You said your other corals are doing fine, what other Coral do you have?

That could be a Mystic sunset Monty. Light loving coral.

Need good test kits in this hobby, the test kits should come before the corals. Especially if you want to keep sps corals, really need to master the water parameters.
