Nuisance algae?

Started seeing this pop up in the tank? What is it and should I do anything about it other than manual removal? Algae eaters not interested in it.

Looks like bryopsis or maybe even Dinoflagellates. Probably manual removal is the best and some chemicals can get rid of it. Id recommend getting more opinions first though.
